Each session, ANT campers leave with their own stories. Below are a few comments from our summer camp participants, as well as photos from past camp sessions.

"I learned I can get along with people easily."

"My horse taught me things to get along with other kids."

"A Horse's gut can tell them when something is wrong."

"I learned I can be patient with my horse."

"I liked the compliment game at Day Camp. It made me feel good about myself."

Our professional puppet instructor shares: “The puppets are a friend or family comfort, a playful character reflecting a joy experienced here at camp, a shadowy and secret part of themselves that needs to be witnessed and transformed, or sometimes a mixture of all of these things.  The puppets are incredible ambassadors of insight for the staff and the young artists themselves. One girl was working on accepting her less than perfect past and looking to be loved for who she is.  The puppets are beautiful, wise and full of life like the people who made them. We end by circling up and each child shares their finished puppet and its story with the entire camp. This takes a certain amount of courage and an atmosphere of trust.”
