Rainy Day Fun at the 12th Annual Bluegrass Ice Cream Social! Thanks to all who joined us for the 12th Annual Bluegrass Ice Cream Social on September 9th! Windy Acres welcomed nearly 200 guests and volunteers for an afternoon of games, music, animals, and ice cream. Despite the rain, visitors young and old enjoyed farm tours, observed exciting horse demonstrations, sampled cones from Mallard Ice Cream, and met our many animals. The hay alley offered
Our Minis & Microbrews fundraiser was an unbridled success! A big thank you to all who attended the event at Aslan Brewing Company on August 24th – your contributions helped raise over $450.00 for Animals as Natural Therapy! Brewery-goers enjoyed mingling with our mini horses and goats, cuddled with bunnies and chickens, tried their hand at Boot Bounce, and got to check out our brand new Mobile ANT van! Our volunteer appreciation party was the best ever! Sue and Dean Swanson hosted again and we had a lovely time with delicious foods provided by board, staff and volunteers. Over fifty volunteers and staff enjoyed laughter and a fun game finding out hidden secrets about one another. The volunteers were from all the many areas that make up ANT volunteering.
